The Peace Warrior’s Project EDU
Welcome! At TPW’s Project EDU, our mission is to help young students on their journey to lifelong success and achievement of their true potential. We understand that every child is different, and each may have different obstacles in their learning journey, so we want to help. Through our large group sessions, TPW’s Project EDU has been set up for students to receive the support they require. This webpage entails all the information you may need. Any questions or concerns may be voiced through email and forwarded to the director, Aarav Ahuja, at tpwprojectedu@gmail.com or TPW founder Sonali S. Namiranian. We, at TPW’s Project EDU, believe education should be accessible to everyone, especially those who are underprivileged.
- With our group learning style, it sets up a way for students to collaborate and bounce ideas off one another. Remember, everyone has their own story and perspectives; this partnered learning helps to clear unknown concepts, find solutions, and even friends.
- By opening up to the United States, we are able to create a centripetal force, unifying all for a common purpose, education access globally.
Our Mission:
Project EDU is a TPW undertaking established to tutor as many as possible in the local community and even further, all within the United States (at the moment) with the mission of donating all fees towards TPW’s Healthy Meals Distribution initiative. The ultimate mission is to assist young students on their journey to lifelong success and achievement of their true potential, while understanding that every child is different, and each may have different obstacles. Through the online group sessions, it sets up a way for students to collaborate and bounce ideas off one another, while being in the comfort of their own home. Everyone has their own story and perspectives; this partnered learning helps to clear unknown concepts, find solutions, and even friends.
2023-2024 Success: 3rd Grade Math, 5th Grade Math, 5 Students Enrolled in AP Human Geography (all received a score of either 4 or 5 on the national exam), Algebra 1

General Information:
TPW’s Project EDU involves online group sessions (maximum of 10-15 students) engaging in a normal class-like structure. The instructor will review a lesson within the course, students will have a light amount of homework, such as a worksheet, and will take assessments during and at the end of each unit as a measure of progress. Students are able to be exposed to other perspectives, solutions, etc. to problems, and are able to bounce ideas off one another. At the moment, there are the following classes available: 6th Grade Math, 7th Grade Math, Algebra I, AP Computer Science Principles, and Middle School Biology. To apply for Academic Camp, click the button on the left.

How Does This Work?
- We will be utilizing BigBlueButton via Canvas Instructure, a software similar to Zoom, where students will be able to view live lessons, engage with one another, and conduct practice over the lesson.
- We will also be utilizing Canvas Instructure, where students will be able to view lesson materials (notes), practice/homework, and receive instant feedback.
- Along with Canvas, Google Forms/other Google products will be frequently used for students to be able to show work on homework and quizzes/tests effectively.
- Sessions will be three times a week (may be rescheduled occasionally); course-specific schedules can be found below.
